They were good at explaining specific aspects of a product, quite knowledgeable. Went there on a weekday so crowd was not much, so no wait time at checkout or trial rooms."

The store's layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The quality of the products was excellent, and I appreciated the detailed information provided about each item. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the lack of staff available to assist customers. Despite the store being moderately busy, there seemed to be very few staff members on hand to answer questions or provide guidance. I had to wait for a while to get help with a query, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would still recommend Decathlon to anyone looking for a wide range of sports products. However, I hope the store will take steps to improve their customer service by providing more staff to assist customers. Perhaps with a bit more attention to customer service, Decathlon could easily earn a 5-star rating from me!""

"I keep visiting this Decathlon store as it is one of my favorite brands, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The volunteers at the store have never disappointed me—they are always ready to help with a smile, which truly reflects the legacy and values of the brand. During my recent visit, I would especially like to mention a volunteer (if I remember correctly, his name was Mohit Bisht). He helped me search for an article I was looking for, and when we realized it was not available in the store, he proactively ordered it from the online store. This gesture was extremely helpful. Thank you once again, Mr. Bisht. About 15 days later, when I visited the store again for a return and exchange, I was assisted at the desk by Sonali or Shalini Singh. Her attitude was very positive and genuinely helpful. She did not treat the interaction as a routine task but handled it with sincerity and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. I would also like to mention the positive and welcoming attitude of the security guards at both the entrance and exit. A brand is truly built by people like these.
